Belinda started her real estate career in 2003. She has been working with Len Pratt and Pratt Homes since 2005. Belinda enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking, live music, and theater.

Cindy started at Pratt Homes as the Sales and Marketing Administrator and has now shifted her position to Sales Consultant, she is licensed through Edina Realty. She has always had a love of quality built custom homes and loves being able to help people bring their vision and dream of their new home into realty, “I live vicariously though my customers, I love it!”
Outside of work Cindy enjoys photography, music, and spending time with her 3 granddaughters.
