This is a very special remodel for Pratt Homes. This is the home of our very own Belinda Nachtsheim who represents Twenty-One Oaks. In her own words:
We love living in Shoreview! I grew up in the area, we raised our kids here, many of our longtime friends live nearby. In short, it feels like home and we want to stay! That said, with the kids grown and gone it was time for a long overdue remodel of our 1967 built rambler.
