I recently worked with the remodeling division of Pratt Homes, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I purchased my Pratt home in 2006, and after many years, it was time for some updates. From my first meeting with Jedd Larson, I knew I had made the right choice.
Jedd and his team were exceptional—thoughtful, patient, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Even when a design decision I initially made didn’t work out, Jedd went above and beyond to find a solution that I was comfortable with. I have built two homes (2000 in Vadnais Heights and 2022 in Mahtomedi), as well as 2 remodeling projects. They are very professional, are always in communication, and set out realistic expectations. I would never use another builder. The 50 years that they have been in business speaks for its self.
