This form is the vehicle for communicating with the PRATT HOMES Customer Service Department. To expedite the processing of your request for service, please use this form. The only exception would be for emergency service required when our office is not open. In this case, you would follow the emergency service instructions as outlined in your walkthrough packet. It is our recommendation that you live in your new home for 60-90 days before completing this form. This will allow for a more organized scheduling of service.
Also, it must be recognized that should PRATT HOMES, or one of our subcontractors, answer a service call and find that the problem was caused by homeowner or guest negligence, the homeowner will be required to pay for the service call, as well as materials.
