We’ve got two groundbreakings slate for the fall in Afton Creek Preserve.

The Afton Creek Preserve is a distinctive community located in Afton, Minnesota, just 15 miles east of downtown St. Paul and minutes from I 94. Nestled among Afton’s lush rolling hills, the development sits on 218 acres of naturally landscaped and wildlife-rich topography.

Within this newly-released development, 109 acres have been reserved for conservation that will include walking paths, boardwalks and trails. Residents of the Afton Creek Preserve will enjoy breathtaking views of the Afton Creek and surrounding St. Croix River Valley in every season.  Each 5-acre homesite has been thoughtfully plotted to maintain the natural aesthetics of the area.
