Last month while attending the annual Building Industry  Gala at Mystic Lake Casino and Hotel, Len Pratt of Pratt Homes was awarded the Robert L. Hanson Lifetime Achievement Award for Industry Service.

The award is presented to a member that has more than 20 years of experience in our industry and has a powerful legacy of engagement and industry involvement throughout their career.

It was an privilege to attend this industry event and spend the evening with such talented and creative colleagues. It was an honor to be awarded such an esteemed award. We are filled with gratitude for being recognized by our peers.

This is an annual event hosted by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC). The events honors the year’s top builders, remodelers, suppliers and individuals. It is a wonderful evening spent with business associates and most importantly friends.

Len & Lowell Pratt began building homes in 1973. It was during those early years they began to realize their desire to build not just homes but neighborhoods as well. From those dreams came the inspiration of building a family business base upon the values of Quality, Trust and Dedication.
