Pratt Homes is proud to be participating in the Spring Parade of Homes. The Parade of Homes is going on now through March 25th. Homes can be toured Thursdays through Sundays from noon to 6pm.
The Remodelers Showcase takes place on the final weekend of the Parade of Homes. March 23rd – 25th, all homes are open noon to 6pm, Thursdays through Sundays.
The cost is free to tour the homes except for the Artisan Dream Remodeled Homes which have a $5 donation, donations support the BATC Foundation.
For 35 years, the Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC) has presented the Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase to connect area homeowners with remodelers. The tour lets families see real remodeling projects and learn how remodeling can help them remain in their community when their homes no longer fit their needs.
Guidebook Features all Remodeled Homes and More
The comprehensive magazine-style Guidebook features photos, maps and descriptions for all the homes to help visitors plan their tour. Guidebooks are free and can be picked up at any area Holiday Stationstore. There are also a variety of interesting articles to read for inspiration and information.
The Guidebook’s cover feature plus three more “real family” stories share the remodeling experiences of four families whose homes are featured on the tour. Those who want to stay in their homes as they age will appreciate our “Aging in Place” article. There’s a calendar of informative and tasty events that several remodelers are hosting during the tour, and our Style editor, Laura Marrinan has selected some top design trends from our June Artisan Home Tour to provide plenty of inspiration.
Integrated Online Options
The comprehensive website at www.ParadeofHomes.org includes all entries which are easily searchable by location, remodeler or project type. Integrated company pages provide more information about each remodeling firm, too. Our digital magazine link on the home page lets you read the entire guidebook online, and the Trip Planner is designed to save favorites and then map a convenient route between them. The mobile site at m.Paradeofhomes.org lets smart phone and tablet users find all the homes and remodeler information, and if you create a Trip Planner on your computer, you can access it on your mobile device as you tour.
