The 2024 Spring Parade of Homes begins this Friday, March 8 and runs through April 7th. You can tour 386 new homes this spring. Pratt Homes has two homes in the Spring Parade of Homes – our Fable Hill Single Model – which happens to be #1 on the tour this year, and our Springfield model in North Oaks, #9 on the tour.
About the Parade of Homes
The Parade of Homes is a celebration of homeownership and community, featuring scattered-site tour of new homes. In the Spring and the Fall, builder members of Housing First Minnesota welcome tour goers to hundreds of model homes and neighborhoods throughout the region. Details are included in a printed guidebook and online at ParadeofHomes.org. It is free to tour all homes except for the Dream Homes which require a $5 admission. You can get a free guidebook at Holiday Station Stores or Kowalski’s Market. You can also view and download a digital copy here.

The North Star Single Family traditional two-story floor plan. You’ll be drawn in by the charming wrap around front porch.
