Those of you that have followed us for some time know we have a wonderful tradition of hosting private “ by invitation”  previews of our customers’ homes just before they move in. Due to Covid-19 we want to remain safe and ensure the safety of our homeowners and our customers. This format has proven to be a huge hit, we will likely continue the virtual previews, as long as they are enjoyed by YOU!

This very popular Franklin 1.5 has been customized to fit the homeowners lifestyle.  The new homeowners customized this floor plan to include some amazing features: gourmet kitchen with plenty of cabinets, Cambria countertops, large walk-in pantry finished to match the kitchen, beautifully beamed living and dining area and ample storage.
