For the 26th year, the Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC) presents its annual Fall Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase®, open from September 27-29, 2013. There are a total of 88 beautiful remodeled homes open to tour, Friday from 1:00 to 7:00 pm and Saturday/Sunday from noon to 6:00 pm. All are free with the exception of three Dream Remodeled Homes that request a $5 donation to the BATC Foundation to enter.
The comprehensive Guidebook again features all of the homes with maps and information, plus editorial including remodeling stories from real families, listings of special events, top design trends, and more. Guidebooks are available at area Holiday Stationstores now.
Three, beautiful whole-house remodeling projects have been selected by the BATC Foundation as its Dream Remodeled Homes. Visitors pay a $5 donation to tour, which helps the Foundation continue to build and remodel homes for area families in need. Two are teardown homes, #R7 by Cates Fine Homes located in White Bear Lake, and #R57 in Edina by Elevation Homes. The third is a main and upper level remodel, #R78 in Tonka Bay by AMALIA G. Construction.
