We’re so excited to have broken ground on our newest model home for Spring Farm of North Oaks in Anderson Woods. Our model home is being built in Anderson Woods and showcases the style of homes we will be building in Spring Farm, the newest development in North Oaks.
Spring Farm is a legacy project to us as we’ve been in North Oaks before. Twenty years ago we were part of The Pines and now we’re back and looking forward to building both our villas and single family homes.
Still unnamed, this floor plan features all of the quality and craftsmanship you’ve come to expect from Pratt Homes. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3 car garage are just the beginning. Nestled in a wooded landscape this home includes executive touches such as vaulted ceilings, stunning beams and built-ins, bonus room, home office and so many more amenities suitable to such a stunning surrounding.

About North Oaks, MN
Nestled around Pleasant Lake, the settlement began as a source of water for the Saint Paul municipal water system. In 1883, the area was purchased by James J. Hill and developed it into a 5,000-acre breeding and hobby farm.  The Hill family descendants developed the area into a residential community focused on preserving its natural charm. In order that this goal be maintained, the land was subdivided and then sold with a warranty deed attached placing each home’s property line halfway into the street. This means the residents own all the road in the city. The North Oaks Company owned the rest of the land in the city.
