We’re excited to welcome the newest homeowners at The Royal Club in Lake Elmo! The Carters are avid sports fans including golf, so The Royal Club was a perfect fit. They’ve recently returned to the Twin Cities and had been looking for the perfect opportunity to build. They found it at The Royal, and are already looking forward to golf next summer.

The Carters wanted a true single level living floorpan and have chosen the Conifer on-grade. They’ve built before and wanted the quality that Pratt Homes provides and were drawn to the opportunity to customize their floorplan. They’re excited to work with Joy to create a beautiful showpiece home.
