This is the final weekend to tour the model in The Villas at Fable Hill. Join us this Thursday, June 17th – Sunday, June 20th | 12 – 5pm for one last look at the stunning Franklin 1.0

In addition to seeing this beautiful villa, we’ll have updated information on our next model, as well as lot availability. We’ve got a few select lots available in the Villas at Fable Hill, but they’re going fast.

We’re building a brand new model, the Franklin 1.5, an on-grade villa with 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, open main living design, and many other amenities.
This model is currently underway, stay tuned for updates. We’re estimating a fall completion, just in time for the Parade of Homes Fall Tour.
