2013 Minneapolis Home and Garden Show:
Feb. 27 – Mar. 3 at the Minneapolis Convention Center

WHAT: The 2013 Minneapolis Home and Garden Show will feature the newest products in home décor, kitchen, bath and outdoor living. As one of the largest shows of its kind in the country, the Show will be sure to inspire homeowners with its hundreds of exhibitors, the latest products and trends, as well as an impressive lineup of top home and garden experts and celebrities.

A sample of this year’s Show highlights will include:

The Idea Home – a “woman-centered” home created by Michael Lee, Inc., fully furnished by HOM furniture, with landscaping by Heins Nursery and interior design by Rachel Kate, designer and contestant on HGTV’s Design Star.
The Feature Gardens presented by Star Tribune, all designed and created using the theme “Classic TV.”

The Kitchen Stage, home to dozens of live cooking demos by local chefs, media personalities and an appearance by Chris Crary from Bravo’s Top Chef: Texas.
The Lifestyle Stage will offer presentations revolving around remodeling, interior design and landscaping. Among the local and nationally-known speakers will be:

From DIY Network, Bath Crashers’ Matt Muenster and Rehab Addict’s Nicole Curtis; HGTV’s Decorating Cents and Curb Appeal host Sasha Andreev;
Lifetime’s Project Runway Season 6 contestant, Christopher Straub.
