We’re at the home of new addition in Birchwood, MN. The homeowners are putting an addition on their home to increase the square footage of their home. The homeowners love this area, but needed more space. Instead of moving to a new home they chose Pratt Homes to build an addition.

The space was originally a one stall garage. We considered adding a stall to the existing structure but that wasn’t going to work for a variety of reasons. We removed the old structure and started new.

The new garage is a two car garage with added driveway space. The second floor of the garage will be the new owner’s suite. Connecting the garage to the main home will be a mudroom.
