We’re excited to announce a groundbreaking celebration that took place in The Villas at Fable Hill this past week!

Robyn came to explore building with us after downsizing too much, she is building to now rightsize. She loved the St. Andrews plan, with a few personalizations to make it her own. Some of the changes include a butler’s pantry, vaulted screen porch with the Amazing Easy Screen System and a paver patio. The Clearwater Creek Preserve behind her home will make a beautiful backdrop for the large picture window with this floor plan.
