ROSEVILLE, MINN.  — In its 27h year, the Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC) is proud to present the Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase. This spring visitors can tour 73 gorgeous remodeled homes on March 28, 29 and 30th. The homes are open Friday from 1:00 to 7:00 pm and Saturday/Sunday from noon to 6:00 pm, and all are free with the exception of two Dream Remodeled Homes that request a $5 donation, which goes to the BATC Foundation upon entry.

The comprehensive Guidebook again features all of the homes with maps and information, plus editorial including remodeling stories from real families, listings of special events, top design trends, and more. Guidebooks are available at area Holiday Stationstores now.

Two, beautiful historic homes have been selected by the BATC Foundation as our Dream Remodeled Homes, showcasing how professional remodelers can update old homes to meet today’s standards for health and comfort while retaining the grace and character of old. Visitors pay a $5 donation to tour, which helps the Foundation continue to build and remodel homes for area families in need. The two Dream Remodeled homes are both located in St. Paul, #R49 by Vujovich Design Build and #R51 by Klein Design & Build.

Guidebook readers can learn more about the BATC Foundation and their latest project, a Universal Design Home constructed for Zack Mohs, a young man severely injured in a hit-and-run accident. Zack’s home will be open to tour during regular Remodelers Showcase hours on March 29th and 30th. A Barn Raisings effort is currently underway to help raise funds, visit them online here.
