Warm Wishes: A Look Back at 2018

2018 is drawing to a close and our team at Pratt Homes want to say “thank you” for another great year!

Here’s a quick recap of our year! In 2018, we built 5 custom homes and 25 Villa homes, opened Pratt Villas at the Royal Club in Lake Elmo, and the 5th addition of Fable Hills Villas in Hugo. The Parade of Homes also brought great success with over 3,160 visitors through the Spring Parade and 3,954 through the Fall Parade. We are so grateful for each and every one of you!
