We’ve got another whole home remodel to share with you. We’re about midway through the remodel on this beautiful home on Manitou Island on White Bear Lake. The homeowners love their home, but it needed a refresh.
White Bear Lake Whole Home Remodel
This is an historic home so we wanted to maintain the look and feel of the original structure but repair and replace items that needed fixing. On the exterior we’ll be replacing windows, removing the awnings and replacing the roof, we’ll also be painting the home and replacing the garage doors to those that represent the era of the home.
The interior of the home will also see a complete refresh. Paint, hardware etc while maintaining as much of the original fixtures as possible.
