Those of you that have followed us for some time know we have a wonderful tradition of hosting private “ by invitation”  previews of our customers’ homes just before they move in. Due to Covid-19 we want to remain safe and ensure the safety of our homeowners and our customers, so welcome to our first ever virtual private preview.

This highly customized St Olaf plan is a classic example of Pratt’s ability to deliver a custom home design experience. The home has too many special features to mention here.
The most dramatic example—the traditional vaulted great room ceiling has been replaced by a flat ceiling. It has an elegant  box vault to 10 feet that is accented with crown molding.

The other highlight– they converted the private working desk area of the office into a walk-in butler pantry off the kitchen. The cabinetry, counter top and appliances are a continuation of the kitchen quality. You need to see it!
