Now it’s time for the Big Reveal of our  White Bear Lake Whole Home Remodel! Before we present the big reveal of the finished home. You can see Part 2 here, and Part 3 here to see how this whole home remodel progressed over the last year.  This historic home on Manitou island on White Bear Lake was due for a refresh so the homeowners called Pratt Homes to help renovate, restore and refresh their home. The home has been in the family since the 1800s and updating was necessary. The homeowners wanted to make sure the character and integrity of the home was maintained, yet they wanted to bring the home into the 21st century.

Last night the homeowners hosted an open house to share the big reveal of their newly renovated home on Manitou Island on White Bear Lake. Friends and neighbors gathered on a beautiful night to tour this beautiful home.

We’ve updated this historic home to include a dog washing station, exercise room, large pantry with laundry room and sitting area. The kitchen was not only remodeled and updated, but it was moved from the back of the home to the center of the home.
