Welcome back as we update one of our current home remodeling projects. We’re in Birchwood, MN where the homeowners are adding new owner’s suite over their new garage.

In our last update we’d just poured the foundation for the new garage structure. Now, the garage has been framed, and windows have arrived and are being installed. We’ve moved the front door from the side of the home to the front and the stoop has been poured and ready to add the door.

 

In this second video Jedd walks you through the new structure. From the catwalk leading to the new bedroom located over the garage, to the walk-in closet and primary bathroom. Jedd explains why the shower has its unique shape – due to a previous remodel.
