Pratt Homes has completed our first custom home in Spring Farm at North Oaks! We’re so excited for out newest homeowner, and just know she’s going to love living in this home.

This newest home is based off of our St Andrews floor plan. The homeowner fell in love with that plan, but needed to make a few modifications for the home to fit her lifestyle. This home features two main floor bedrooms one of which serves as a craft room with custom cabinetry to fit her precise needs.

The great room is where much of the magic happens. Hand crafted wood beams arch over 12′ round top window overlooking the pond and wooded conservation area.

The gourmet kitchen has also been customized and expanded with cabinetry upgrades and high level appliances. Access to the screen porch is a stunning 12′ wide country French sliding doors with 2 center panels opening to a 6′ pass through.

The lower level features a large fireplace, entertainment spaces, and walk behind wet bar.
